Welcome to the website of The Builder's Journal, Houston Edition. We are the premier construction magazine that serves Houston and the surrounding markets, including Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Brazoria and Galveston County.

On a monthly basis, The Builder’s Journal does a feature story on a local builder in the market. Because the suppliers and subcontractors know of the outstanding craftsmanship and integrity of each builder in the market, we have chosen to feature only builders that are referred by their suppliers and/or subcontractors. The feature story is always a compelling read.

The Builder’s Journal has a strong national presence as well as a local one. Our Editor-in-Chief travels to numerous national shows, tours factories and attends national awards presentations. Knowing the building industry from inside out has afforded our Editor-in-Chief the ability to author a monthly National Editorial. This editorial is a useful resource that has proven time and again to be both trustworthy and reliable. In addition, each issue includes product and technology highlights, coverage of local and national trade events, and tips to help local contractors better manage their business.
